  • September 2022 (Saturdays & Sundays): Sept. 10–11; 17–18; 24–25
  • October 2022 (Friday – Sunday): Oct. 1–2; 7-9; 14–16; 21–23; 28–30
  • November 2022 (Saturday): Nov. 5 (Closing Saturday – Encore)

     

EVENT TIMES

  • SATURDAYS: 1 p.m. – 11 p.m.
  • SUNDAYS: 12 noon – 6 p.m.
  • FRIDAYS (October Only): 4 p.m. – 11 p.m.
    • Enjoy a more intimate night of Oktoberfest!  
    • Fridays feature the German band inside with most festivities taking place indoors.

ENTRY TIME SLOTS for SATURDAYS ONLY:

 

  • 1 p.m. – 4 p.m.
  • 4 p.m. – 7 p.m.

Please note: Your selected arrival time ensures a swift entry. Once you’ve entered, we invite you to stay the entire evening with us. 

FRIDAY NIGHTS IN OCTOBER:

Get an early start to extend your getaway to Big Bear. Once the work week ends, let your hair down, and get clucking!  Friday Nights offer a more intimate experience.  

PREFERRED SEATING:

Get the best seat in the house, and enjoy the convenience of getting refills right at your table, instead of getting up to get a refill.  Preferred Seating includes admission, a guaranteed seat, both cocktail & food table service (note: table service does not include the cost of beverages or food ordered). Also note: Seating is “Family Style,” which means you may be sitting at a shared table. Be mindful of your reservation when selecting indoor or outdoor seating. Unfortunately once tickets have been purchased there are no changes due to limited seating. You must retain your preferred seating and cannot move your reserved seating from outdoors to indoors or vice versa. Every Preferred Seating guest (regardless of age) occupying a reserved seat in these sections must have a Preferred Seating admission ticket.

SUNDAY FAMILY FUN PACKAGE: 

Includes general admission for (2) adults and (2) kids ages 12 years & under. Also includes (2) Free Kids’ Meals.  Meal choice – 1/4 lb. Hamburger or Dino Nuggets, Fries and a soda / juice.

LOVE SHACK 

We are once again offering “Love Shacks” for you and your 9 best friends!  We’ve converted a few of our vendor bungalows into Oktoberfest party “Love Shacks.” Each one seats up to 10 & includes cocktail and food service (note: table service does not include the cost of beverages or food ordered). Please note: You will need to purchase Outdoor Preferred Seating tickets for everyone in your party. 

Love Shacks are extremely limited and range in price up to $200 depending on the day and weekend. To reserve a Love Shack call 909-585-3000 or email info@bigbearevents.com. 

Please Note: Love Shacks are SOLD OUT  for Oct. 8, Oct. 15 and Oct. 22. This update is related to Love Shack seating only. 

 

LIMITED CAPACITY:

We urge guests to pre purchase tickets.  We do anticipate that some event days will SELL OUT.  Please note that if we have capacity and that day’s tickets have not SOLD OUT, tickets will be available At The Door for a slightly higher admission fee.  

ALL TICKETS ARE FIRST COME FIRST SERVED!

We will follow all state and local guidelines regarding Covid-19.   The Big Bear Lake Oktoberfest reserves the right to cancel or postpone the event due to changing mandates or protocols.  We encourage guests to purchase Reservation Insurance when selecting tickets.   Please check for correct dates and arrival times.
 
Capacity will be limited and we do anticipate that certain dates will sell-out.  Please select dates and ticket options carefully, as there are NO Refunds and due to limited capacity, we unfortunately, can not transfer tickets to other weekends.  
 
Please come prepared for the festival.  Be prepared to show Photo ID upon entry to redeem pre-purchased tickets.  This is a Rain or Shine event. We have the right to refuse service.  Must be 21 years and older to purchase alcoholic beverages. No Re-Entry.   No Outside Food or Beverage.
