How to Book

The Convention Center Sales Department is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. If you're interested in a specific date, please give us a call. Our sales staff will gather some basic information and provide a quote based on your specific needs within 48 hours. A written quote sent via email or standard mail will also be sent. The more information you can provide, the more accurate the quote will be. All quotes are valid for sixty (60 days).

Once you are ready to move forward with reserving a date, we will develop a contract. At that time, a General Security Deposit will be required. We also believe it is crucial that you read and understand the contract. In addition to your contract being a legally binding agreement, it acts as a road map as to the expectations you have of the Convention Center and what your needs will be. Please plan on spending some time, after reviewing your contract, with a member of our sales team. We find it helps clear up any future misunderstandings that might arise.

Payment in full is due thirty (30) days prior to your event and lay-out specifics or special needs are required ten (10) days prior to the event.

General Security Deposits are returned within thirty days (30) after the event date.
